How I Can Help You Buy a Home

Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process.

By working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and meets your goals for features, quality and value.

Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.

When buyers first start searching for a home they will often call the listing agent of the first property that interests them. If you choose to do this, you are speaking with an agent who is representing the seller's interests, not necessarily yours. The home buying process is stressful enough without worrying about who you can and cannot trust. As a buyer, you should always have your own agent to represent you.

BUYER: When representing you in buying transaction  I WILL:

  • Be your trusted advisor and advocate. Always work with the highest standards and ethics.
  • Show you all the properties that you are interested in that fit your criteria and budget. Use my skills to negotiate the best terms and price for you.
  • Protect your personal and financial information. Keep what you tell me confidential.
  • Disclose to you anything I know about a property that might affect your decision to purchase it.
  • Connect you with the service providers — inspectors, lenders, insurance agents, home warranty companies—to best suit your needs.
  • Be true to your wants and needs and always put them first. I will never ask you to compromise your price Point or criteria just to close the deal.
  • Manage all the paperwork! From writing up the offer, to reviewing seller disclosures, to filling out escrow instructions, to reviewing the closing documents. . . it's nice to have a trained professional by your side to Explain and handle all the paperwork.
  • Communicate honestly and fairly. Be available to answer all your questions in a timely manner.
