In Monterey County, the asking price of homes for sale has increased by 10% since April last year, while the number of homes for sale has decreased by 30.6%
The average sale price of a home last month was up 6.0% since last year. The average sale price per square foot in Monterey County is $405, up 1.1% since last year.
